This service is ideal for the Independent electrical retail or repair business who find would it more convenient to send us your customers repairs and we'll do the work for you - saves you time, hassle and there's no need to buy the spares.
 
Also ideal for the Salon owner - just send us your stylists straighteners and we'll get them repaired, PAT tested and returned to you within 48 hours.
 
Additionally you can also offer a GHD or C9 Repair service to your customer without having to invest the time and money to set it up. Simply advertise in-house or in your local media letting people know you offer a professional PAT tested repair service and put up repair posters in your salon or shop and charge a fee of your choice. Once you have collected the faulty ghd's just order our trade repair service and send the irons off to us for a hassle free repairs business.
 
Please send the straighteners to our distribution centre along with your order number and your contact details and we'll do the rest, we recommend using a recorded delivery service. PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to repair Eclipse (6.0), Hairdryers or Curve Collection customers will be charged for return postage only if they do not choose another option. Finally if fakes are sent in the repair fee is non-refundable as identifying the fakes, calling and/or emailing you, returning them etc. takes us just as much time as doing an actual repair.
